Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with families and the interdisciplinary team.

This in-house role prioritizes patient-centered care, clinical autonomy, mentorship for new grads from day one, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a 12-facility network across Ohio and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
