Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient‑centered care in an in-house setting. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore mobility and independence.

We emphasize clinician autonomy, mentorship from day one, and a stable family-oriented culture across 12 facilities in Ohio and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• New graduates welcome — mentorship provided from day one.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
