Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems — a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. This isn’t contract therapy.

This is a career. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver mobility- and function-focused therapy in collaboration with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• New graduates welcome — mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
