Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio, offers clinician-led PT focused on patient-centered outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families and the care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate per department procedures.
