Sprenger Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an in-house role at our Wooster, OH facility. The position supports residents with PT under supervision, focusing on mobility, strength, function, and safety within a clinician-led team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
