The role is full-time, on-site and in-person, requiring hands-on styling for shoots, closets, and mood board development to support seasonal collections and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional styling experience.
• Experience styling soft goods flats, on-figure e-commerce and campaigns.
• On-staff styling experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Genuine interest and knowledge of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

Job description

AG Jeans is seeking an In-House Photo Stylist.

AG Jeans is a pioneer and leader in the premium denim industry and has grown to become a recognized contemporary lifestyle brand, encompassing a full spectrum of premium products. We are looking for a Photo Stylist who is responsible for creating trend-based looks for e-commerce and campaign photo and video shoots. You will work directly with the photo studio and design teams in the planning, development, and execution of photoshoots to provide styling inspiration and guidance.

This role is a full-time, on-site and in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Style in-house photo shoots, proactively pinning, adjusting and ensuring optimal appearance
• Manage the photo closet, organize seasonal samples and maintain the catalog of accessories and shoes
• Work closely with e-commerce team to plan products for photoshoots
• Pull, prep, steam, package and return products as needed for photoshoots
• Pin and style products for flats and off-model photography
• Track and maintain accurate shot lists and ensure all necessary styles are shotCreate looks for photoshoots consistent with AG's branding message, initiatives and product features
• Consult and assist any external stylist engagements
• Participate in model casting and offer guidance based on size and fit
• Work with Design & Creative teams to develop style guidelines for the brand
• Maintain styling consistency across wholesale, e-comm and all brand channels
• Develop seasonal trend mood boards and recommend accessories for purchase
• Pull references and create style mood boards for initiatives and campaigns
• Work with Design and Creative teams to develop seasonal collection key-looks

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional styling role or equivalent
• Experience in styling soft good flats, on-figure e-comm and campaigns
• Experience working as an on-staff stylist a plus
• Must be capable and comfortable working in a Mac environment
• Professional with great communication and ability to be flexible and adaptable
• A genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the fashion industry
