Job summary

AG Jeans is seeking an In-House Photo Stylist to craft trend-based looks for e-commerce and campaigns. You will partner with the photo studio and design teams to plan, develop, and execute shoots, providing styling guidance and inspiration based on AG Jeans branding.

The role is full-time, on-site and in-person, requiring hands-on styling for shoots, closets, and mood board development to support seasonal collections and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional styling experience.
• Experience styling soft goods flats, on-figure e-commerce and campaigns.
• On-staff styling experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Genuine interest and knowledge of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Style in-house photo shoots and ensure optimal appearance.
• Manage the photo closet, organize seasonal samples and accessories.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and design teams for shoots and product planning.
• Pull, prep, steam, package and return products for shoots.
• Pin and style products for flats and off-model photography.
• Create looks and seasonal mood boards aligned with AG Jeans branding.
• Assist external stylists and participate in model casting guidance.
• Develop style guidelines with Design & Creative teams.
