Job summary

GUNNER on-site in Nashville, TN seeks a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own our paid media and affiliate programs. This newly created in-house role shifts budget from agencies, building our performance engine from the ground up with direct input from Creative and Ecommerce teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search for a DTC brand, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, and an affiliate platform, plus strong

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on paid social (Meta/TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads) campaigns for a DTC/ecommerce brand.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns (landing pages, lead ads, gated offers, giveaways).
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify; familiarity with TikTok Ads and affiliate platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Acquisition Strategy: build and optimize lead capture funnels across paid social, paid search, and affiliates.
• Paid Social & Paid Search: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads; manage budgets and ROAS.
• Affiliate & Partnerships: manage the affiliate program, recruit partners, and monitor performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: build regular reports, track CAC:LTV, CPNTF, and conversion rates; communicate insights to leadership.
