Job summary

Amped Fitness in Florida seeks an organized Paralegal to support our in-house General Counsel across legal, corporate, real estate, employment, and operations matters. You’ll perform research, manage contracts, maintain corporate records, and assist with compliance and litigation support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-growing, multi-state environment. This is an in-house, full-time role based in Pompano Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate, commercial, real estate, or in-house environment.
• Experience supporting an attorney or General Counsel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, document management, and processes.
• Experience with contract management and organized legal files.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to the General Counsel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and other materials.
• Draft, review, organize, and track legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical legal files and records.
• Prepare materials for attorney review, meetings, negotiations, and proceedings.
• Assist with review, organization, execution, and maintenance of company contracts.
• Track contract terms, expiration dates, renewals, and notices.
• Coordinate with internal departments for contract information and documentation.
• Maintain corporate records, organizational documents, and filings.
• Assist with audits, regulatory matters, and internal reviews.
• Support litigation, claims, disputes, and legal proceedings.
• Organize case files and discovery materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal-related matters.
