Job summary

The Springs of Park Avenue in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide skilled OT services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping residents improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering skilled OT services.
• Knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage residents with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Provide OT services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Relay service requests and referrals to the OT.
• Ensure all treatment aligns with the plan of care.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers for clinical support.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Complete forms and documentation per policy and regulations.
• Attend required rehab department meetings.
