The Springs of Park Avenue in Hot Springs, AR is actively seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with compassionate, person-centered care. This role requires an Arkansas OTA license and COTA certification, with SNF/long-term care experience preferred.

Formación
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and administer treatment to residents to relieve pain and restore or improve function.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Relay information and referrals to Occupational Therapist as requested.
- Ensure all treatment is delivered according to the plan of care.
- Provide clinical support and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment interventions.
- Complete required forms and documentation per policy and state/federal regulations.
- Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
