Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine interventions according to scope of practice.
• Implement treatment plans and follow established goals with supervision.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and the care team.
• Schedule resident therapy in coordination with the team.
