Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Newport, TN. This PRN role focuses on planning, directing Occupational Therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care.

Key duties include screening residents, implementing treatment plans, coordinating therapy schedules with the team, documenting and billing services, and complying with CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention.
• Implement treatment plans per established plan of care.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents and families.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with team members.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
