Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention per scope of practice.
• Develop and follow treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and share evaluation findings with residents and families.
• Establish therapy schedules with team members.
• Provide therapy per plan and document care and billing accordingly.
• Perform other duties as needed to treat patients.
• Ensure CMS documentation standards are met daily.
