Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Jellico, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility on a PRN basis. You will plan, implement, and direct Occupational Therapy services in collaboration with licensed therapists, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include screening residents, developing and following treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OTA licensure active in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plans and follow established goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
