Job summary

Spring River in Roswell, NM seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This full-time role (+ PRN) focuses on evaluating residents, developing individualized plans, and delivering skilled OT to promote independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Active NM OT license in good standing.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on goals and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation per regulations.
