Spring River Inn in Roswell, NM, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time or PRN roles in our in-house rehabilitation team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Qualifications

• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of dysphagia management and current speech therapy practices.
• Experience with EMR systems (Net Health preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and safe swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
