Job summary

First American Harvest in Phoenix seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer to serve as in-house counsel for nonprofit operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site, manage external counsel relationships as needed, support dispute resolution, and contribute clear legal analysis to board

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/nonprofit law including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and nonprofit compliance.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• AZ bar admission (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and organizational policies.
• Advise leadership on governance, risk management, and regulatory matters.
• Support compliance with nonprofit status, fundraising, and programs.
