Job summary

  • Experience researching mortgage servicing regulations and related docs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate into practical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on mortgage servicing documents and regulatory issues.
  • Draft, review, and maintain mortgage servicing contracts, policies and forms.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, technology and compliance teams to implement changes.
