Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to assist in providing Owners and guests with memorable experiences and events. The role offers base pay of $16.90 per hour plus commission, with uncapped earning potential and incentives. The position requires sales or customer service experience and flexibility to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Concierge or sales experience is preferred. Background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Willingness to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides high level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures attendees meet eligibility and are open to learning about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
