Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current guests at our resorts, scheduling them for sales presentations and previews.

You will greet guests, present offers, and work with resort staff to qualify leads, arrange tours, and collect deposits. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to company standards while aiming to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment in a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets and schedule tours.
• Screen and qualify customers according to company guidelines.
• Reserve sales tours and collect required deposits.
• Attend trainings and set performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time) Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.

Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Training requirements None.

Knowledge and Skills

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Job Experience

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $19.13 per hour), plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $11,500 to $76,500 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid weekly for this role.
