Capital Vacations in Sedona, AZ is hiring In-House Marketing Representatives to generate guest excitement for our products, invite owners to Owner’s Updates, and invite non-owners to sales presentations. You’ll assist guests with on-site and off-site needs and help ensure smooth check-ins while upholding company policies for qualifying presentations.

We seek an outgoing, enthusiastic person with excellent communication, who can engage guests and promote vacation ownership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests and promote vacation ownership.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations’ products and services.
• Invite owners to attend an Owner’s Update.
• Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences.
• Understand company policies and ensure qualifications for presentations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
