Job summary

Capital Vacations in Maui, Hawaii is seeking an energetic In-House Marketing Agent to engage resort guests and introduce them to our vacation ownership program.

You will meet production goals, schedule Owner Updates, invite prospects to presentations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

This role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within a premium resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-House Marketing, OPC, timeshare, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort setting and meet goals.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

As an In-House Marketing Agent, you'll help create an exceptional vacation experience while introducing resort guests and owners to the benefits of Capital Vacations' vacation ownership program.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging resort guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Generating interest in vacation ownership opportunities and company programs.
• Scheduling qualified owners for Owner Updates.
• Inviting qualified prospective owners to attend vacation ownership presentations.
• Communicating resort amenities, vacation opportunities, and available promotions.
• Building rapport with guests and creating positive first impressions.
• Meeting individual production goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Completing required documentation accurately and maintaining knowledge of current programs and promotions.
