Job summary

Real Property Management Vesta is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the in-house maintenance team across managed residential properties. You will ensure work orders are assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to hold maintenance staff accountable for productivity, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential property repairs and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and improve day-to-day operations of the in-house maintenance department across managed properties.
• Liaise with Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, residents, owners, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely work orders.
