Job summary

Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the Legal Department with matter management across its single-family rental portfolio. You will coordinate with attorneys, prepare discovery materials, manage documents, and assist with contract administration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of litigation support experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support litigation and pre-litigation matters, including tracking, investigation, document collection, and calendars.
• Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, and routine legal documents for attorney review and execution.
• Assist with contract management, signatures, amendments, and post-signature activities.
