Integrity, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will manage deadlines, draft motions and discovery documents, and coordinate with internal clients, external counsel, and stakeholders to efficiently resolve disputes.

With 5–10 years of litigation experience and paralegal certification, you will oversee matter management, subpoenas, holds, and online platforms, while upholding best practices in civil

Qualifications

• An associate degree in paralegal studies or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm with hands-on experience.
• Certification from a recognized paralegal organization (e.g., NALA, NFPA) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Matter and Document Management: Track deadlines and manage schedules related to litigation activities, organize and maintain matters, including legal filings, correspondence, and invoices
• Online Matter Platform Management: Populate and maintain online matter management tool
• Drafting: Assist in drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery requests, as well as dispute correspondence such as demand letters and responses to the same
• Service of Process Management: Manage and distribute all incoming service of process documents received
• Subpoenas: Take lead on responding to subpoenas and request for information, including working with internal clients to identify and produce responsive documents
• Legal/Litigation Holds: Draft and distribute legal/litigation holds as necessary
• Insurance Claims: Initiate and work with insurance broker for any insurance claim that needs to be noticed, including closing out claims
• Discovery Support: Help with the discovery process, including preparing and responding to requests, reviewing documents, and organizing evidence
• Communication: Liaise between internal clients, external counsel, and various stakeholders
