You will manage legal documents, process heavy mail, and maintain case records in case management systems, serving as a key resource for inquiries. This role operates on-site five days per week in our Nashville, TN office.

You will handle confidential information, support data entry for pleadings and motions, and help keep litigation operations organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a litigation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume incoming mail, sorting and distribution.
• Maintain confidential information and ensure accuracy of records.
• May handle calls and inquiries with timely, accurate responses.
• Provide knowledge transfer to new employees within the team.
• Make basic decisions within established procedures under supervision.
• May enter and manage data including pleadings and motions in case management systems.
• Manage calendars and files related to events and case details in the system.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with the Litigation Management System.
