Job summary

Allstate’s Litigation Services team is seeking a Paralegal Specialist based in Tennessee for a remote role. You will own the litigation lifecycle, from drafting answers and discovery to supporting motion practice and trial prep, partnering with attorneys on bodily injury and third-party liability matters.

This hands-on position requires paralegal certification/licensure per Tennessee rules, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience handling high-volume litigation in a

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party claims.
• Strong understanding of pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings.
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, including preparing answers, and support discovery and preparing motions for attorney review.
• Order and track medical records; coordinate IMRs and vendor engagement with medical experts.
• Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including exhibits and jury instructions when applicable.
• Handle e-filing across Florida courts.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely service and compliance.
• Maintain organized file management, including claim files and litigation documents.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to support case progression.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to maintain high-quality case work.
