Job summary

BankPro, a private digital bank in the United States, seeks a Corporate Relations Manager to guide new corporate clients from onboarding through setup and ongoing support. You will work across compliance, technical, and operations teams to ensure a smooth Client Area experience.

You will coordinate documentation, perform platform demonstrations, configure accounts, and resolve onboarding issues while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience onboarding corporate clients and managing account setup.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder relations.
• Ability to explain platform functionality to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, and technical teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline contact for new corporate accounts and onboarding.
• Lead platform walk-throughs and educate clients on features and options.
• Configure new client accounts and adjust system preferences for go-live.
• Coordinate collection and submission of required onboarding documents.
• Review documents for completeness and address verification delays with teams.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting for Client Area onboarding issues.
• Bridge client feedback with internal technical support and engineering teams.
