Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree.
• Legal administrative and paralegal skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume litigation docket and prioritize tasks.
• Remain flexible to changing business requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Interest and energy for understanding the automotive business and JLR products.

Responsibilities

• Support the Legal Department in managing US and Canadian warranty and product litigation matters.
• Track new legal case filings and maintain accurate records in the matter management system.
• Liaise with external counsel, retailers' legal representatives, finance partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and process legal settlements with timely documentation.
• Gather and organize documents to support litigation activities and discovery requests.
• Assist drafting legal documents (subpoenas, litigation holds, etc.).
• Prepare litigation reports, attend meetings, and provide administrative support to attorneys.
• Contribute to various legal projects and cross-team initiatives.
