Responsibilities

• Handle collective bargaining matters for assigned units (40%).
• Manage discipline and arbitration processes (25%).
• Oversee day-to-day labor relations for law enforcement and criminal law (20%).
• Handle administrative practice tasks (10%).
• Engage in litigation activities (5% or less).
