Job summary

ALL Family of Companies in Independence, Ohio, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our in-house Legal Department at our corporate headquarters. This role targets attorneys with roughly 2–4 years of experience to build a broad in-house practice alongside senior attorneys and business leaders across a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Ohio license.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in a corporate, commercial, or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior members of the Legal Department with contracts, collections, transactions, and special projects.
• Manage and advise on commercial collection matters with business units and outside counsel.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other business agreements.
• Assist with corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.
