Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of in-house or law firm IP experience.
• Active Texas law license.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and protect the company’s IP portfolio and strategy.
• Lead IP litigation, licensing, and related transactions.
• Provide opinions and risk assessments to business units.
• Coordinate with external counsel within budget.
