Job summary

Curriculum Associates seeks an IP & Contracts Paralegal to support in-house counsel with specialized contracting matters, MOUs, and IP protection while safeguarding proprietary technology and brand assets. You will partner with Products, Marketing, and Engineering to review contracts and policies in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the General Counsel, with responsibilities spanning trademark, copyright, and domain registrations, IP docketing, and compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 3–6 years paralegal experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a tech or software company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trademark, copyright, and domain-name registrations and renewals.
• Run IP docket/calendar and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Maintain copyright registrations and licensing records for company content.
• Support product lifecycle reviews, feature reviews, and input from Product/Marketing/Engineering stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain Terms of Use, EULAs, AUPs, and in-product disclosures.
• Develop IP-related trainings for internal stakeholders.
