Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking an Intellectual Property & Contracts Paralegal to support the Legal Team in managing trademarks, copyrights, and MOUs. You will navigate product lifecycle reviews, drafting terms of use, and ensuring regulatory compliance for edtech initiatives.

You will collaborate with Products, Marketing and Engineering, handling sensitive information, updating contract templates, and supporting special contracting matters and MOUs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 3–6 years of paralegal experience, including 2+ years in-house at a tech or software company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/commercial contract terms and IP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trademark, copyright, and domain-name registrations and renewals.
• Run IP docketing and manage deadlines with outside counsel coordination.
• Maintain copyright registrations and licensing records for Company content.
