Job summary

Curriculum Associates in Massachusetts seeks an Intellectual Property & Contracts Paralegal to support the Legal Team and manage IP filings, MOUs, and contract lifecycle for i-Ready and related products.

You will coordinate with General Counsel, Products, Marketing, and Engineering, drafting and reviewing Terms of Use, EULAs, Acceptable Use Policies, and maintaining IP records and licensing to ensure regulatory compliance (FERPA, COPPA, GDPR). Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal with 3–6 years of in-house experience in a technology or software company.
• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
• Experience with IP, contracts, CLM systems and regulatory compliance (FERPA, COPPA, GDPR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support IP docketing and MOUs; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing Terms of Use, EULAs, and Acceptable Use Policies.
• Maintain licensing records and IP-related training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with special contracting matters and review of complex agreements.
