Job summary

Atari, a leading name in entertainment, seeks an experienced in-house attorney to manage licensing and commercial transactions. You will act as the primary legal expert on IP protection and revenue generation across game development, digital media, and co-branding initiatives.

You will report to the General Counsel and work with product, marketing, and business development teams to align legal strategy with brand values and commercial goals.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier corporate law firm, with emphasis on licensing and commercial transactions.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex IP/entertainment agreements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with global cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate inbound and outbound licensing agreements for games, co-branding, publishing, and digital media.
  • Collaborate with licensing team to structure deals that protect IP while expanding brand presence.
  • Advise on marketing campaigns involving Atari trademarks and copyrights.
  • Support governance, compliance, and other corporate legal matters.
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal teams across global operations.
  • Maintain and update standard contract templates and guidelines.
