Job summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support a broad range of commercial transactions, IP management, and broader legal operations across Krafton and its affiliates worldwide. The role involves drafting and negotiating publishing, platform, services, development/licensing, merchandising, and data privacy agreements, and collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience handling commercial transactions.
• Hold a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the United States, or a common law jurisdiction.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across time zones, cultures, and languages.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, review, and advise on a broad portfolio of commercial agreements (publishing, platform, services, development/licensing, merchandising, tech licenses, data privacy).
• Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal resources.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and templates.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IP team to identify, register, protect, and enforce the company's IP portfolio.
