Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC in Boca Raton is seeking a Fee Request Specialist to join our in-house Finance & Accounting team. The role offers exposure to high-stakes creditor rights and real estate matters within a prestigious legal group, with emphasis on accuracy, process discipline, and professional development.

You will manage daily fee requests, ensure proper documentation, upload approvals, and maintain client and internal systems, while meeting billing timelines

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a desire to achieve accurate deliverables.
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Meet a daily quota of reviewing assigned fee requests/approvals. This includes obtaining proper backup documentation for fees, launching rails in client systems to request fees, following up with clients on aged requests, uploading fee approvals from client systems to firm’s system, re-request fee denials where necessary, and completion of assignments as tasks are completed.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all requests/approvals, meeting billing timelines
• Ensure all client and internal systems are updated to include actions taken and all correspondence
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure requirements
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management
