Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a full-time, in-office Billing Specialist in Boca Raton to manage daily billable file reviews, invoicing, and compliance with foreclosure regulations. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and strong attention to detail.

• Meet daily quota of reviewing billable files, gathering backups, approving fees, and generating invoices.
• Validate invoices and ensure accuracy of line items before submission.
• Update client and internal systems with actions and correspondence.
• Safeguard compliance with foreclosure requirements.
• Participate in special management-approved projects.

Job description

Location: Boca, Raton – In Office Position

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Meet a daily quota of reviewing assigned billable files. This includes obtaining proper backup documentation for fees, fee approvals, and proof of costs, validating invoices prior to submission, and generating invoices
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoice line items, meeting billing timelines
• Ensure all client and internal systems are updated to include actions taken and all correspondence
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure requirements
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management
