Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal resource for ERISA and employee benefits compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and vendor agreements.
• Support SEC filings, disclosures, and securities regulatory requirements.
• Advise on investment activities, labor and employment matters, and general corporate matters.
