myKaarma, a leading automotive SaaS provider based in Long Beach, CA, seeks an in-house Associate Legal Counsel. You will advise on commercial contracts, data privacy, IP, and compliance to enable deals while managing risk.

You\'ll report to the SVP of Finance and collaborate with Sales, Product, and HR to build scalable processes, CLM playbooks, and policies that support rapid growth.

Experience with DMS, OEMs, and multi-party agreements is a plus.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred).
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in-house at a technology/SaaS company.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting through negotiation and execution.
• Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, state privacy laws) and communications regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, DNC).

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, and OEM, partner, and vendor agreements.
• Own the contract lifecycle from redline to filing; manage in Ironclad and DocuSign.
• Lead outside counsel coordination on antitrust, IP, litigation and M&A.
• Build privacy into product with Product and Engineering; negotiate DPAs with OEMs and vendors.
• Develop CLM playbooks, templates, and policies to scale legal operations.
