Job summary

RIDE Mobility in Pasadena, CA seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance on employment matters, commercial contracts, contract disputes, and litigation involving our mobility solutions business. You will partner with HR, Sales, Operations, and other teams to deliver practical legal solutions that support business objectives while protecting the company's interests.

Qualifications

Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Experience managing employment-related claims, disputes, or litigation.
Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters across departments.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on employment matters, commercial contracts, and disputes.
Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements for EV/PV/ESS equipment and related contracts.
Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and discovery.
Advise on legal risks and compliance across business teams.
Support cross-functional business initiatives with practical legal solutions.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, Sales, Operations.
