Job summary

RunBuggy, a leading automotive logistics platform, seeks a Commercial Counsel to own commercial contracts. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements and manage the contract management system, reporting to the General Counsel.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance, advise on privacy, IP, employment, and disputes, and help close transactions quickly on sound terms. This is a high‑impact in‑house role with exposure across the business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial customer and vendor contracts.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona or eligible to register as in‑house counsel in Arizona.
• Direct experience with SaaS agreements and services agreements.
• In‑house experience at a tech/high‑growth company or law firm experience in commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements (SaaS, MSAs, order forms, SOWs, amendments).
• Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Manage the contract intake, review, approval, signature process, and training for business teams.
