Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an in-house counsel for the PBM client contracting team to negotiate NDAs and PBM contracts, advise on regulatory matters, and support business opportunities. You will partner with multiple departments to ensure compliant, effective contracting and client engagement.

The role requires a practicing attorney with relevant experience, admission in good standing, and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Active attorney with 3+ years in law firm or in-house setting.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate NDAs with clients, consultants, health plans and counterparties.
• Support drafting and negotiating PBM contracts and services agreements.
• Provide guidance to attorneys and business colleagues on legal/regulatory issues.
• Assist proposals team in responding to new business opportunities and client relationships.
