Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking an in-house counsel on the PBM client contracting team. You will draft and negotiate NDAs, and support PBM contract negotiations with employers and TPAs, while advising on regulatory issues impacting the PBM industry.

The role requires 3+ years as a practicing attorney, admission in good standing in at least one state, and up to 5% travel. A JD is required and a Bachelor's degree is expected. This is a full-time position with CVS Health's robust benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Active attorney with 3+ years in law firm or in-house setting, healthcare or regulatory matters preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% (by plane included).
• Strong legal writing and research skills, including Westlaw proficiency.
• Experience advising sophisticated clients on business matters; litigation or dispute resolution experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate NDAs with clients, consultants, health plans and other counterparts.
• Negotiate pharmacy benefit services contracts with employer plan sponsors and TPAs.
• Support proposals team in responding to new business opportunities and drafting PBM contracts.
• Provide guidance and research on developing legal and regulatory issues affecting PBM industry.
• Collaborate with CVS Health Legal, government affairs, regulatory affairs and other departments.
