Qualifikationen

• Active attorney with healthcare or regulatory experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills (Westlaw preferred).

• Negotiate NDAs with clients, consultants, providers, health plans and other counterparties.
• Support PBM contract negotiations and drafting with employer plan sponsors and TPAs.
• Collaborate with CVS Health Legal and cross-functional teams on regulatory issues affecting PBM contracts.
