CVS Health in the United States seeks an experienced in-house counsel to join our PBM client contracting team. You will support negotiations of NDAs with clients, consultants, and other counterparties, and advise on contracting strategies across the PBM spectrum.

The role involves collaboration with the Legal department and other CVS Health teams, including Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Client Audit and Underwriting, and may involve direct client relationships and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years practicing attorney in law firm or in-house setting with healthcare or regulatory matters.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 5% (including by plane).

Responsabilités

• Negotiate NDAs with clients, consultants and other counterparties.
• Draft and negotiate PBM contracts and related agreements.
• Provide guidance on evolving legal and regulatory PBM issues.
• Support proposals team and manage client relationships in bids.
