Mondelēz International, based in East Hanover, NJ, is seeking a Counsel for NA Ventures to advise on a broad range of legal matters arising from daily operations of NA Venture companies such as Tate’s Bakeshop, Hu and Perfect Snacks. The role reports to the Director & Senior Counsel and NA Ventures Legal Lead, and focuses on delivering best-in-class legal services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school or equivalent international education.
• Eligibility to practice law in New Jersey or to become in-house counsel in New Jersey.
• 5 years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house.

Responsabilités

• Advise on advertising, marketing, competition law, consumer promotions, contracts, litigation, governance, compliance, IP and data privacy.
• Partner with the legal team to set and execute strategies and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Develop training for internal stakeholders and manage relationships with outside counsel.
