Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and membership in at least one U.S. State bar is required.
• At least 2 full years of experience practicing law with expertise across contracts and regulatory topics.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient legal research and drafting skills using Westlaw and PACER.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the General Counsel as needed.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and other transactional documents with quick turnaround times.
• Advise internal business units and executives on a range of legal topics.
• Conduct legal research across various topics and monitor applicable laws and publications.
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures to staff.
